BEFORE COOKING:

Soak the pork liver in cold water for 2–3 hours, changing the water every hour. Finally, rinse thoroughly.

COOKING:

Place it in boiling water. Cook for 40–50 minutes on low heat. After 20 minutes from boiling, you can add a whole onion, peeled and washed. Add your favorite spices, e.g., pepper, marjoram, allspice, bay leaf. Finally, salt to taste. Cook covered. The pork liver is done when a knife or fork goes in easily.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Serve the pork liver with boiled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or cereals, seasoning to taste.
